My journey started as a college student in the where I was left with two options.
1. Go to school, study hard, and eat ALL of the food.
OR
2. Go to school, study hard, eat ALL the food, and then work it off!
I wisely decided that number two would me my best option but didn't plan on the fact that the SIMPLE act of moving my body would positively affect my nutritional habits.
If you're reading this you are probably waiting on the "veganism is best" or the "I am no longer a foodie".
Sorry to disappoint but has never been the case.
After giving birth 3 times, major life occurrences, and years of studying nutrition, I now am able to balance my desire to eat everything with my GREATER desire to love my body & eat intentionally!
This is my WHY! Why I work with busy women and mamas who need REALISTIC approaches to health and nutrition without the fluff, fad diets, crazy workouts, or insane expectations!
